Admission Procedure for Erasmus Exchange Students
If you are planning to study at the University of Finance and Management in Bialystok for one or two semesters as an exchange Erasmus student, first of all you should contact the International Relations Department at your university and follow the application procedure.
In order to be accepted for Erasmus exchange at our university you should provide us with necessary information. Every candidate should fill in and sign the Erasmus application form and send it to us together with enclosures.
Additional documents that must be submitted together with application:
- a statement of purpose,
- certificate of an English language test (if taken),
- copy of passport or identity card,
- letter from home university confirming that you are enrolled as a degree student and that you have been nominated for Erasmus exchange,
- 3 passport photographs.

The documents should be sent first by e-mail or fax and the originals by post to International Relations Department:

For the autumn semester (October to February): 20 June
For the spring semester (February to June): 20 December
Note that it takes some time for non-EU citizens to get a visa (for details please contact the Polish Consulate in your country). To apply for a visa, you need an enrolment letter from us, so send us all application documents well ahead of time.
Students from the EU countries do not need visa to come to Poland, but they have to apply for a residence permit after arrival.
